Good: Nice place. No major issues with cleanliness or other issues noted. Shower base could use a cualk refresh but seen worse. We were called to make sure no issues as well which was a nice touch. Two free drink coupons on check-in which was also early really helped relax on arrival. Easy transportation as trolly stop outside hotel and a Walgreens for quick snacks/things. Not so good: Pina colada is $16, even if its virgin for the kids. Yikes. Within walking distance there is not much cheap food/drinks so if you eat at the hotel can add up quick. No shelf in the shower to put things like a razor other than the floor. Was cold/freezing at times and didnt seem like the AC controls changed the temp quickly (up or down), but we were never hot.

For the price I paid , I was expected to see a better room design. Our last night staying there , the room was getting so cold that I had to call front desk to have maintenance come and check the system . Luckily he had with him a portable heat and I called the front desk to bring us more heavy blankets and they never did i: Very disappointed of the overall service.

I really liked this hotel. The room was comfortable and big, and our room had a terrace with pool view and stairs from the terrace that lead down directly to the pool, which was very convenient. And we didn't have to go through the whole hotel to get to the pool.

Scott and the staff were amazing and very accommodating. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. My only complaint is that the hot tub was dirty with leaves and bugs. The pool and room were great! The staff went out of their way to check and see if we needed anything. They also allowed us to store our luggage and use their facilities until our flight departed. The beach is only a 2 minute walk from the hotel and lots of restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk from the hotel. If you are looking to go clubbing I wouldn’t recommend this location as it is far from all the action.

Excellent location, stylish and comfortable rooms. The staff is awesome, super friendly and accommodating. All excellent things to say. If i had to mention anything, they should skim the pool better every night and throughout the day. I had a fantastic two night stay.

The tile in the bathroom and the walkways is not well cleaned or kept. It is very dirty. The shower walls have a lot of soap scum on them There is no drinkable or drip coffee available It is very misleading to have written Statements that there is an INCLUDED resort fee only to get charged, therefore very misleading as is not included, rather a separate charge. The towels were not even at the beach ready for use until the afternoon. It is 2 blocks away, fine but people get up early to go the beach, they should be there by 7 am not NOON The outside waterway is dirty, dark water full of leaves. It is
