David (the concierge) was extremely rude to my mother and I when we were getting water. He yelled at us and embarrased us for filling up a cup of water. Told us we were not allowed to use that water and had to go up to the 4th floor to get water. The other concierge Jamie was awesome. The front desk girls were not helpful. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we were disappointed in the friendliness of the staff and overall operation of the hotel. Last year was incredible, this year we felt unwanted and uncomfortable.

Everything was excellent, Except the restaurant service was poor and the food was mediocre to poor. But there are tons of other places to eat right next door. The rooftop pool was spectacular and the location was perfect.

This property is in a great location. Very walkable. Guests should know that if they choose a room with a beach view the trade off will be the noise from Collins Ave which goes late into the night.

This property has the perfect location for walkable dining, shopping and beach. Cannot wait to stay here again. We were in the second building with a beach front, balcony room, it was excellent for people watching. The only thing that would have made it better would have been an ice machine in the building, even though a bucket of ice was just a phone call away, I prefer to get my own. The pool was amazing as was the staff.

Gross and unkept

We purchased the ocean view room, which felt like a bad movie set in the early 80’s. This is a classic Instagram vs reality play. The pics they post are in now way what the reality is. The room had a broken lock, had mold, was dirty and we were in the most premium room. We paid $600 a night and wouldn’t stay for free. I am also a Hotels.com gold member and stay 60+ nights with them, they would not refund my priority stamps despite sending these pics. Very disappointed all the way around.
