This hotel is a good location for people who want to be in the mix but out of the way. The elevator was slow, and the dim lighting was kinda creepy. The staff were more than accommodating and very friendly! Hotel was clean and gives complimentary drinks!

I am motivated to write this review in response to the numerous negative reviews about this hotel, which I found to be outstanding. One of its major advantages is its close proximity to Lummus beach, located just two blocks away. The staff's exceptional kindness, understanding, and provision of beach towels as part of the resort fee were impressive, although umbrellas were not included. The pool and elevator, while somewhat smaller, were fully operational. The rooms were extremely clean, with daily room service available, unless otherwise requested. Although the breakfast options may have been slightly limited, the overall quality was excellent, served from 8-11 am ET. Additionally, the hotel's location, with numerous restaurants and stores nearby, was highly convenient. I would certainly stay here at this hotel again, if visiting south beach.
