After an extremely delayed flight, we arrived to the hotel after midnight. Earlier in the day, I had reached out to The Local House, and they made sure that we would be able to enter the building and access our room. Much appreciated! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The Local House was walking distance to the beach, and many other attractions. Also, the food was delicious. I would book a stay here again.

Everything at the Local House was great. The staff was amazing, the food, the location and the comfort to arrive at the beach with the chairs and umbrella included was priceless. We love going to the Local House every time we had a trip to Miami.

Fantastic small hotel. The staff were all attentive and went out of their way to make my stay comfortable The restraunt serves Brunch (8am to 4pm) i had the opportunity to eat there twice and thoroughly enjoyed both meals. Room Service and Service at the rooftop pool is also available..

What a gem in the heart of SoBe AND far away enough from all the party-people you don’t want to hear going to bed at all hours of the morning! The location is 5 stars! Quiet, clean, so convenient to beach and shops and great dining options. Maman was our morning ritual. Excellent manager, Eddie was a joy, super helpful and accommodating. Cute Boutique style hotel with nice rooftop deck & pool. Eddie was very helpful at checkin. I had mentioned it was my husband’s birthday & they had decorated the room which really made an impression on my husband. The welcome was so warm and the at-home feel was very comfortable. Some upscale features to this property make for a great stay at a good value. Loved the restaurant and also the rooftop pool.

Great stay!

Great small hotel just a block or so from all the action but nice and quiet. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. Just a short walk to the beach.
