Staff was very friendly, the room was clean. I was able to check in early and they gave me a free upgraded room. I had no issues with my stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Location is great and they offer complimentary towels and chairs at the beach just a couple blocks up the street. Heated pool is nice but closes early (5 pm) to turn into a patio for the restaurant. Gym is very small(2 pelotons, a weight bench, free weights, and a currentlt broken weight machine. Staff was helpful to hold our bags and flexible with the type of wine we had as our welcome gift and with late checkout. Resort fee was a little bit of a bummer but I enjoyed the stay and would choose this hotel again. Appreciated also the sunscreen and after sun products on the pool patio.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, was not expecting a room that we received. It wasn’t really a hotel room. It was more of a condo. We were there for a few days when Miami was at 39° hotel had no heat, which is something you don’t think of when you’re in Miami….. no worries they got us taken care of with plenty of extra blankets. They really look out for their customers. Highest star review I could possibly give for this place.

No hot water. This was a work trip and had to take cold showers the first 2 mornings I was here. They waved the resort fee but I honestly don’t think that makes up for me paying $400 a night, I expect better at that price. People got stuck in the elevator so my boss couldn’t access her room for about an hour. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Food was good at restaurant. Unfortunately my company will not be staying here again.

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel and should not be advertised as one. Room has wear and tear, funny moldy/ musty smells, pool is not heated, which was really a bummer considering it was 40-60 degrees our whole 5 day stay. No room service, front desk was not quick to help with things we needed to make the stay more comfortable. I would not stay here again and do not think it's worth the price.

Ask several times for a rope to be delivered to the room that should’ve already been in the suite and was never delivered the night of went to the counter at 8 AM in the morning, asking for robes and it was still never delivered even by the time I checked that at 1 PM, the fridge did not work in the room and the food that I put in there completely spoiled over $100 in meats spoiled I told the staff the night before that there might be an issue with the fridge they said no it’s just dark and not as cold, but it turns out that it wasn’t even on at all never staying here again. I’ve seen motels with better quality.
