Property was clean and accessible. House keeping was good. Staff was shady ahd rude. Before giving a room upgrade staff asked for an additional 100$. Staff also does not pick up the phone to answer questions. When asked about this they completely denied it. They need staff thst is nicer.

Waves Berkeley Shore is good within its price range. The rooms are typical of this price range. Keep in mind that the "resort fee" adds over $30 per night to the price. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. The staff was helpful. The location is excellent - 16th and Collins. Skip the restaurant. We had a terrible lunch for 2 for over $50 and we only ordered wraps. The gym is mediocre. I as there on business so I didn't use the pool.

The women at the front desk was unfriendly and unhelpful, with no welcoming attitude. At check-in, I waited nearly 10 minutes before anyone appeared at the desk. Valet service was also disappointing—it took about 40 minutes to retrieve our car, and the attendant was rude when asked about the delay. Additionally, the property is difficult to locate as it sits behind a restaurant and lacks clear or visible signage from the street. The room was nice and clean.
