The room was completely underwhelming. The speaker didn’t work, the handles were unhinging, the tv remover was covered in dust, the water was either extremely cold or extremely hot and the heater wasn’t working. The food came wrong once ordered, had to call for them to bring the correct stuff. I did enjoy the pool and spa. The workers were nice enough to refund the resort fee due to the issues encountered

It’s a great property with a wonderful spa and pool. Shout out to the manager Layal and front desk staff Shaun and Charlene who were super helpful when winter storms caused me to extend my stay. (How lucky!) Room service is excellent, pleasant and fast and open until 11. Love the staff in the cafe as well.
