Tranquilo y agradable muy cerca de todo!

Excelente lugar para estar en miami beach, cerca de la playa y de ocean drive. Un lugar muy tranquilo para caminar y pasear. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado y con buen mantenimiento. La pileta es un lugar agradable y muy limpio y esta lleno de lugares para descansar y pasarla bien. 100% recomendable.

First arrived, nowhere to park and very little signage as to where to check in. After check in we found out it was 2$ an hour to park!! The room smelled so awful, like something decaying or mold I am not sure. It was dirty, with a mysterious white substance over a lot of furniture, I even wiped down the couch with a Lysol wipe and it was black with dirt! We went to open the windows to let out the smell, but there were bars on the windows and they were caked with dirt and mold. We contacted the front desk and the woman basically told us to kick rocks. I spent most of the night in the car trying to sleep because the smell was so overwhelming. In the morning, the bright spot that was Jose moved our room and left us a complimentary bottle of wine- we thought we were in the clear! Until about 10:30 pm when the people upstairs began playing what sounded like a 3 hour long game of musical chairs and the floor is lava. We reached out to front desk, they said they would send security around to check it out but nothing changed. Next night, same thing. The pool was quite small and was overrun by one large family who did not leave any room for anyone else to get in without being splashed by one of their about 9 children or if you tried to read you got to listen to them screaming! I would not recommend staying here unless you are too inebriated to care.

When I pulled up to the property I was impressed with how beautiful the building was. I walked inside all I could do was say “wow”, it was so clean and smelled so good.There was wine o clock set up on the lobby daily, coffee in the mornings and everything was just gorgeous.When I walked into the room it just got better and better. All I could do was smile and say that I made a very good choice e and I would definitely stay here again.

Odd smell in the room, the drain stopper in the bathroom sink was stuck closed, shower curtain was stiff and caused limited space in the shower if you wanted to avoid it while showering, TV’s were either too small (bedroom) or mounted in inconvenient places (kitchen/living room area), sofa/couch felt like plastic and I didn’t see any linens/bedding available so I couldn’t sleep there. Nice location and the exterior curb appeal was good but this was VERY overpriced in my opinion.
