Pros: I didn't like the facts that I made a mistake and booked one day extra and refused to refund me yet they couldn't provide a good service,
Cons: Be fare work with your customers because they are your marketing source, sometimes its not about money
Location: too many thing to do
We arrived on the hot day and we had to walk around the building on the heat with no one helping. The next day I was shaving and realised that the sink plug was stuck and the Air Con went down in one of the rooms. I reported everything but nothing was done until we've checked out. I couldn't sit down in the lounge and watch TV because of the heat but they happy to keep my money for the day that I didn't want .

How disappointing to hear you were not satisfied with your recent stay at Tradewinds. Unfortunately, any modifications or cancellations on any reservation have to be done 72 hours prior to check-in, and many have a "no refund" policy, much like when purchasing an airline ticket.
