I think that the staff should inform guest about the fee for packages that comes to the hotel. I learnt at the end of my trip that five packages free and beyond that $5 per package.

All off the staff was accommodating, courteous and friendly. Rodney who works the restaurant and bar was wonderful, prompt and pro active. He was great at his job. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Love the kitchen as well.

The area was quiet and I felt safe. Transportation was easy to get around. The breakfast was reasonable for a quick bite. I give my room 9/10 very clean and nicely furnished. however the hall way is a mess the carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced ASAP. ALL the staff were helpful and pleasant 10/10. Proper arrangements need to be in place to record who uses the parking lot. I was charged $20 per night for parking and I didnt drive. The front desk staff said she could not remove it from my charges and the manager wasn’t there. However I will stay again (If I’m refunded my $60).
