Staff was rude not help full’ requested early check inn handicapped room. We arrived at 12 pm. Sat and waited until 4:30 PM before getting a room meanwhile, probably 30 other guests checked in and got their rooms. We are supposed to stay there again next week for two nights, but we are going to cancel and say at a different Marriott hotel very disappointed in this hotel.

The room Was spacey and nice and the shuttle driver (can’t remember his name but the thicker one) was very nice and helpful. The other one drop me off on the wrong side of the airport to take my RCL SHUTTLE and I had to drag bags on foot in the heat, where as I precisely asked him And explained 😔

Check in was somewhat disappointing. The clerk talked so fast I couldn’t appreciate what he was saying. Nice restaurant on site. Looks like a decent fitness center. Airport shuttle is nice to have but it took over an hour to catch it. Rooms nice with a mini kitchen and large walk in shower. Nice tv. Comfortable.
