Perfectly adequate for an airport stop over.

The airport transfer service was convenient, the hotel was comfortable. It was exactly what you would expect from a TownePlace suite. Perfect for the 12 hour layover we had at Miami airport. We didn’t check out all of the facilities, but we didn’t need or want the frills. Just a comfortable place to crash.

The hotel in itself was good! Very close to the airport and not far from the cruise port! My daughter and I stayed over one night 26 Jan 25! Rooms were made available as soon as we got in so that was a plus! My biggest complaint and the reason I didn’t give five stars is the transportation! I booked a hotel with great reviews and one where I could to and from the airport for our cruise! We waited over 1.5 hours after arrival for a shuttle they say run every hour on the hour! I saw other shuttles multiple times before our shuttle showed up for us and I had to call for that! A driver offered us a ride for twenty dollars which I refused because I knew the hotel wasn’t far! So that really needs to be fixed! When ppl get in town ppl are ready to settle in and relax! However upon arriving to the hotel the friendly staff made everything right! My daughter needed her nails done so we could a place only a short walk from the hotel! There is also a B of A if you need cash, a Target, and a casino in the area! We had dinner in South Beach and it wasn’t too expensive for an uber! I appreciated the location it gave all that was needed!
