Walk to Restaurants & Shops of Downtown Miamisburg

Located within walking distance to all the adorable shops, restaurants, and breweries that Downtown Miamisburg has to offer. This cute little house has a great yard and a relaxing private patio. We have totally redone the inside ...but kept all the charm! The original hardwood floors are beautiful and the tall ceilings with crown molding speak to the southern charm of the space. We have all new furniture throughout and a new, full bathroom with washer/dryer was added to the primary bedroom.

We went with a romantic, french country theme in our color scheme and decor for the space. The furniture is overstuffed to provide you with as much comfort as possible.

I am local but do not plan to visit unless requested or needed. Please feel free to ask about the great restaurants and things to do in the area!

**This neighborhood does have an active train track down the street.

Safe neighborhood with the police station and government building just a block away. Walking distance to all the cute shops and local restaurants and brewerys of downtown Miamisburg.

Please note that this is located in an older, downtown setting and there is an active train in the neighborhood. Individually wrapped ear plugs and a white noise/sound machine are provided for light sleepers.

This is the place to book! My family absolutely loved staying here! It is gorgeous, clean, and provides a relaxing, peaceful, and secure environment to rest. The host is so nice, quick to respond to any questions, and her hospitality is unmatched. Check in/Check out is clearly defined and simple. The house is fully stocked with everything my family would need and more; it felt welcoming and very homey. The amount of effort and care that was put into this house reflects in each room. The rooms are spacious with exceptionally tasteful decor and incredibly comfortable beds. I have no complaints and nothing but praise for the host! We will definitely book this home in the future and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Very cute house. Stairs are curvy and very steep. Not appropriate for someone with mobility issues are very small children. Host was very responsive. We had trouble connecting to the TV in the living room, she was very helpful. There is a train that goes by continuously almost it really did not bother us much.

Cute little place! The stairs up to the 2nd level are a little steep but no complaints at all. Just mentioning for reference. It was right in town and just down the street from the police station. I felt very safe. We visited in the winter and didn’t walk to downtown but in the summer it’s really walkable. So many great shops in downtown Miamisburg.

Great little place in Miamisburg

Since I stayed here before I had an idea of what to expect and I was not disappointed! This is such a great house to vacation in and visit family in Miamisburg! Amazing

The house is decorated with style and is very cosy. We enjoyed staying there whilst visiting family. Fresh crispy bedsheets offered good night sleep and the owner left coffee and water for us which was very thoughtful. We would definitely suggest this house if you are in miamisburg. Lovely and cozy

Beautiful home. Clean, great location. The stairs are a bit steep, but also part of the charm. There is a train rhat runs at night, but we slept through it. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the restaurants.

Comfortable and Spacious

We were extremely lucky that this home was available. We had to book a place last minute and this home ended up being 5 to 15 minutes from what we were there for. The home was clean, comfortable and the furniture throughout the home was beautiful and well arranged. The upstairs bathroom was like one you see on a home makeover show, the neighborhood was quiet. The only downfall was the train at night.

Place was very clean.Had everything we needed.Just a couple of issues.We had to park and carry our stuff from a distance because large amount of snow and ice in front of the house.And an earlier check in time would have been great, got there earlier then expected and was not much to do this time of year.

Great experience. Owner was responsive and helpful. House had many upgrades esp for older historical home. Decorated beautifully. So cozy and comfortable and clean. Only suggestion was to add a hook on downstairs bathroom door to hold clothes while showering. Would stay again!

What a great find!

Everything about this property was such a pleasant surprise! The house is located in a quiet safe part of town. The police department is very close making my family feel very safe and comfortable. The check in was a breeze and needed no help from the host. The house was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need save for the food you would like to cook. The beds were firm but soft and we all got great nights sleep. We have family who live in Miamisburg and it was such a convenient location that I am already making plans for next years visit including another stay in this house for sure! I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone. It was wonderful that its a "no smoking" house so you don't have to deal with the smell of that! All in all it was a perfect stay and I will stay there again.

Wonderful little Gem!

We had a wonderful time in this little town of Miamisburg. The house was exactly as described and even better. There were 6 of us and it fit us perfectly. Bonus was a nice outside area to sit and chat. The house was very clean, the beds comfortable and the house had a lot of character! We would definitely stay again!

Wedding weekend

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. We loved everything about it. Six of us stayed and we were quite comfortable. The cottage was the perfect spot to stay as it was walkable to the downtown area. If we’re out that way again, we would definitely stay there again.

Great house!

Adorable and well appointed home in a walkable location to restaurants and shops. Stayed at the property to attend my daughter’s college graduation at UD. We took advantage of the beautiful patio each night. The beds were very comfortable!

Family get together

Everything was as advertised and pictured. Very neat, clean and attractive. Owner was responsive to requests. The only surprise was the steepness of the steps to the two second floor bedrooms. Fortunately there is a first floor bedroom as well which one of our family used who would have had difficulty with the steps.
