It looked like a 2-star hotel, I did not expect this. Everything looks pretty run down and old. A lot of doors also corroded, washroom has plumbing issues, hot water takes a while to come. Overall, unless the hotel is renovated, I cannot recommend

The room was terribly broken and worn. From broken drapes, nails sticking out to broken toilet seats. The care for the property is clearly lacking by the paint splashes and grout splashes on everything from the floor to the countertops

The whole hotel is poorly maintained and can only be described as shabby. This should be addressed to the hotel chain HQ and it should be delisted from Expedia. Keeping this hotel with Expedia will only damage your reputation.

Room was DISGUSTING. Unfortunately we had to book a room while driving, it was too late to keep going to our destination. It was 1000% obvious the cleaning crew only do the beds, toilet and shower. There was a pot cigarette we found half smoked in the lamp next to my friend's bed. "Ah so that was the pot smell." When we told the front desk, they asked why we didn't throw it away. Cause I'm not touching that! That's a YOU thing. There was some substance on the light switch/toilet paper holder, that I really hope was jam. Again, if it wasn't for the great bed I would have just said, let's sleep in the car. Friend went down to check out the breakfast, she said to skip. So we went to grab stuff at the gas station across the street.

Run down

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. I was slightly disappointed on how run down this hotel was. The room was clean enough but the side door to outside security lock was broken. The landscaping overgrown and trash everywhere outside. The hotel seems to be connected to another in same way. That has broken windows, an overgrown outdoor lounge area. Boarded up windows. Abandoned shopping carts. Random flipped over chairs… I want to say again, while super disappointed on the condition of the hotel itself, the staff was very nice!
