Convenient but poor quality sleep

Conveniently situated close to the Milan Central train station. Rooms were clean however our shower and sink both leaked, so had to limit the shower times otherwise it would flood the floor. The doors were very thin and we could hear everyone checking in late until 11pm, and could also hear the lift doors banging open and closed every time someone used it, which kept waking us up.

Convenient location right near the main station and walkable (or metro right outside) into the city centre. Room was nice and modern, clean and good temperature. However was a little on the cramped side, and amenities limited (one towel, no fridge/coffee etc.). Also wish the AC was not so loud in the night. But overall I had a good few nights sleep and would stay again!

The staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early without having to wait for the designated time. They were always ready to assist us with anything we needed. The room was both comfortable and spacious. The hotel is conveniently located near the Milano Centrale train station, making it very accessible. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciate you letting us store our luggage after check-out and allowing us to relax until it was time to head to the train station.

Hotel was great for a little solo weekender, reasonable price friendly, good location for the main train station, coach trips and transport into city, bed was comfortable clean sheets and room, only downside was the noise from the air con unit, needs a service 😌

One night in Milan

Just had the one night. Late arrival after midnight but let in by remote, no problem. Early departure left card by reception before 8am (details on line say 7am to midnight but its 8am to midnight). Easy access to Milan Central Railway station and city transport links. Room was clean well presented. Would book again.

The hotel was not easy to find. The room was small but tidily equipped. Window looked out onto a storage area which was ugly. Reception staff were very kind but hotel was not value money.

Good location let down by amenities/service

Our experience at reception was poor compared to other places we'd stayed. There was no help offered regards our luggage and no information/map offered of Milan despite our passports showing we were from outside the EU. The room was comfortable and spacious and ensuite facilities okay. What we found surprising was that there was no water or even a glass or cup in the room. On reading the hotel description after we left, we read there was a bar/restaurant. There was no reference to this when we checked in
