THE SPACE
Completely renovated in April 2023, the apartment overlooks an internal courtyard, ensuring peace and privacy. It’s ideal for a couple but can comfortably accommodate up to four guests.
The minimalist and modern style, with soft tones highlighted by touches of color like the blue sofa, creates a welcoming and bright atmosphere, perfect for feeling at home from the first moment. The living room is air‑conditioned and features a comfortable double sofa bed. The round table is perfect both for dining and as a workstation.
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, and all the necessary utensils for independent cooking.
The elegant bedroom, with a double bed, spacious wardrobe, and air conditioning, is designed for restful and comfortable sleep.
The bathroom is modern and bright, with a large shower, toilet, bidet, and a big window that lets in natural light and fresh air.
The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment, with a private, independent experience and no shared areas.
The host will be available to provide assistance during your stay.
Early check‑in and late check‑out are not possible due to scheduled cleaning times.
Luggage cannot be left before check‑in or after check‑out.
Prior to arrival, ID information for all guests will be requested for local authorities and to sign the short‑term rental agreement.

Right in front of the building’s entrance is bus stop 56, which in just 2 stops brings you to Loreto metro station (M2 – green line).

Duomo di Milano is about 20 minutes away via metro.
