The hotel is convenient to the Duomo but the entire hotel needs a deep cleaning and facelift. The hallways were filthy!

Location is excellent and even though our room was old fashioned and too dark, it was very clean and quite large. We were very pleased staying at this hotel.

Very walkable, subway near by, breakfast was included and decent. Unfortunately, the property itself was in very bad shape. I left a do not disturb sign on my room intentionally because I didn’t want the staff to come in, but it was ignored and my room is cleaned. The shower had a cloth curtain that looked dirty. Everything in the building was very outdated and in very bad shape. In front of the building is a fountain I thought I could sit next to an eat dinner saw four rats within two minutes.

Hotel is under construction. Very noisy and we had to be moved several floors up. This is not disclosed and there is no restaurant on site as notated. There is a rooftop bar that serves appetizers. Front desk staff are not welcoming and the rooms are outdated. Our first room's bathroom had mold in the shower. The breakfast buffet is the same daily and the food is cold. The only positive is the location. Close to the Duomo, restaurants and shopping.
