Great Location

Just Hotel Milano is in a perfect location. Great transportation links and lovely restaurants all in the area. Reception staff were all friendly and helpful and our rooms were good size and offered great comfort. We will definitely stay again when we visit Milan.

Very disappointed with service. Stay for 3 night but toilet paper was only half a role. No toilet paper was provided by the house keeper on the last day. Front office staffs were not friendly. The only positive factor is the location the hotel.

Not a pleasant stay

Disappointing. The shower door did not close properly and resulted in water all over the floor. The trash can in the bathroom tipped over when stopped on lever to open lid. Ended up taking out the basket and not dealing with the lever. When opening the bed there was a small amount of blood on the sheets. As if someone had a cut on their finger while making the bed. Not a pleasant. On a good note the young lady at reception suggested a nice restaurant which we enjoyed.

When I got to hotel I was informed that my already paid reservation had been switched to their partner hotel the Glam Hotel across the street. The room had a King size bed with a couch as a daybed that was extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. Bathroom was huge and dark. The property was close to train station and metro.

We were in Milan just for a day so we needed to be close to the station, the hotel was very nice and perfectly in front of the subway and just meters from the station. The area was very nice and felt safe.

The room we got was on floor -1, it seemed liked a basement. The feeling walking to the room was like a giant bathroom, hard to explain but it didn’t feel like a normal hotel. The staff and the location was great but the property needs to be hotel like.
