The staff was wonderful. My daughter was sick so they helped us check in a little early. The room was great. We had an issue with our ride to airport and they resolved immediately.

This hotel is WONDERFUL!! Beautiful rooms, modern amenities & in a great location. Very close to Duomo/city center. The staff is amazing. We love it so much we booked our return stay with them. I highly recommend.

The room was nice , clean and had everything I needed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that the heating is locked so can’t be turnt down, I got very warm at night and had to open the windows which was loud.

The apartment room was so clean and fully equipped. The staff were so attentive, kind and welcoming also. Couldn’t recommend enough and the location was perfect. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Milan.

The staff are very helpful. They helped to book our airport transfer very quickly when we got to know there will be some disruptions for the train service due to the strike. They even assist us with early check in when our flight arrive early. Location is perfect too. Room is cosy. It will be best if there is cleaning every day.

Beautiful new apartment, very clean, comfortable bed and in a great location for exploring the city. Kitchen well equipped. The Dyson hairdryer with attachments was a great quality addition as most apartment and hotel hairdryers are rubbish. Nice touch!

The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern, and well maintained. The service was fast and professional, and communication with staff was clear and helpful.
