Low cost compared to other similar options in the area. All staff we came in contact with were very friendly and kind. Just down the road from Centro, an easy walk. Safe parking off road. The photos on Wotif were more modern than the room we got which makes me think some rooms have been refreshed but not the one we got.

I asked for cot as I had a baby with me and was not provided. We had to share Q-bed three of us and was not comfortable. On the website said they could provide one.

Hi Asterie,Thanks for staying with us. Sorry, but we didnt have any requests in your booking for a cot, otherwise we would have happily provided one for 10 per night prior to your arrival. In the 3 days you stayed with us, you didn't come and see us and ask for one. Again, we would have happily provided one if you did.

Prices changed after what was quoted on line Much more expensive wasn’t worth what we paid Obviously didn’t read your link re final cost as have never used Wotif before My mistake as would have cancelled if I’d seen the final bill before the trip

If we were informed during your stay, we would have spoken to them about it and I'm sure they would have been more considerate when leaving in the morning. I am not sure what you mean regarding the price? The price you booked online and would have received on your booking confirmation at the time of booking, is what you were charged.

Quick and easy check in. Room was as the pictures on the website. Short walking distance to shopping. Very comfortable bed. Nice clean place. I stayed during the week so it was very quiet! I had an upstairs room with balcony. Had a lounge to sit on. It was a good change to have movie channels to watch. Free wifi. Overall it was very relaxing 1 night stay. Would have stayed another night but had to get to work.

Very comfortable for a stop over in Mildura . Central for food options nearby and shopping and great being near the Mildura Recreation facility - which is fantastic! Well done Mildura, beautiful city!

Property is a little tired. Staff interactions were friendly and helpful. Cleaning staff went above and beyond, cleaning items that we had left (as there wasn't any detergent in the room) and leaving dishwashing supplies for us.

Admin and cleaning staff very friendly. Room small but still felt luxurious and had great amenities. Was not expecting the cleaning staff to also do our dishes while we were out! I wish i could have thanked her personally.
