We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom, 2-bath home near Cooperstown Dream Park! It was the perfect fit for our family — spacious, clean, and stocked with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing week. The location was ideal — just a short drive to Dream Park and close to lots of fun local activities. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Very Clean and Well Stocked house. Location to Dreams Park is a dream. Property owner was very responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Ideal Location for Dreams Park Families

We rented this property for a week to watch our son play ball at Dreams Park. It’s the perfect location, was well stocked and very clean upon arrival. Some of our baseball families were able to book the other two At-Home Base properties. Would book again if our was playing in Cooperstown again!

This house was perfect! It’s so close to dreams park so nice to run back and forth! So nice to have a kitchen to cook in and a washer and dryer to do some laundry! The hosts were great, allowed us to host a team bbq as well! Definitely recommend!

Perfect location from the ballpark and downtown Cooperstown. Very clean and had everything we needed for a week of baseball. The property itself is gorgeous and has a path to the river. Would highly recommend this house and the other home base houses for a group of people.

What a wonderful place

We loved the property. It was so close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. We were even able to see the fireworks from the porch on the closing night of ceremony. The landscape is beautiful and the house has plenty of space to offer. We would highly recommend!

Wonderful location. Beautiful property.

This house came with plenty amenities our family needed for the week. We came for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was only a convenient 2 minute drive back & forth. Very nice property for the kids to explore and play games. Also, easily located near grocery stores and restaurants. I would confidently recommend this stay 100% !!!! Thank you for being wonderful hosts to our baseball families.
