Staff were friendly and helpful and room was clean with a great mountain view.
We only stayed one night. If staying longer we would miss having facilities to make breakfast in the room (bowls etc) and there’s not really anywhere other than the bed to sit.
Very comfortable bed though and loved that we could turn the heated towel rack on ourselves (first place we’ve stayed where we could do that!).

Party next door during the night was a tad anklying though, especially when you have the option to go out in Queenstown!

Really loved my stay. The staff were wonderful and provided excellent hospitality. We meant a lot of people from around the world. We loved the nature. I tried kayaking and the outdoor hot tub.
