For some reason, my room didn’t come with a complimentary breakfast but others did. Also, when i booked the hotel, it said the pool and hot tub would be open. The day we got there, we were told it was under maintenance. No mention of that anywhere. It was one of the main reasons i even chose the hotel. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.

Bathroom smells terrible after using shower. Fire alarm woke up us at 5am, and again next day another false alarm, no explanation. I mentioned bathroom issue no apologies just thanks for let us know. Room has holes in the cealing. Overall the room and facilities were good, but the bathroom smells was really bad. The ladies from room cleaning service are so cordial and sweet.

Room was never cleaned despite making a housekeeping request the night before- as required. Staff were pleasant, room key had to be fixed 3x during stay. Amenities- everything was opened. Hot tub locked one night as security forgot to open it the morning of but it was fixed by staff. Will recommend for new comers, but won’t come back as I had stayed here twice. Better off staying on a property with free parking or breakfast. Breakfast was $29 per person per staff.

Nothing went well! We came to celebrate our anniversary. I wanted a nice hotel with hot tub, breakfast included; that was my filter. But I am told by receptionist, the hot tub isn’t working. The breakfast is only for 2 while we are 4 who check in. There is also parking cost that is not clear at all on Expedia. :(
