Staff was very rude. they never came to the room for service and I had the sign on the door to have cleaning service. The front desk told us at check-in they would come on the 3rd day. We had to call the front desk for them to come stock us up. The heater never worked so it was cold in the room the entire week. the dishwasher never worked.
