The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful whenever we had a question. They were quick to take care of any needs. Breakfest was top notch for any hotel. The restjrsnt attached to the hotel was great as well. The service and food was awesome

Just awful...water stains on the ceiling and curtains, someone's leftovers in the refrigerator, hair in the bathtub, could not get the room to warm up no matter how high I set the thermostat, no water pressure in the shower...no idea how this hotel has 4 stars.

We had an amazing stay this weekend! Crowne Plaza Milwaukee is in a great location. Perfect for visiting some of our favorite breweries and restaurants nearby. There were also inviting spaces to relax, play cards, and enjoy board games with the family. Our room was clean, comfortable, and a great place to unwind after a busy day out. The front desk staff, especially Orlando and Rose, were incredibly pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. The pool area and hot tub were awesome and a definite highlight for us. The only small thing we’d suggest is offering some complementary coffee in the lobby as we’re not huge fans of the in-room Keurig setup. Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again. Clean, comfortable, friendly, and fun! Highly recommend!
