Check-in was great and we had a lovely room. Location on the harbor was very pleasant. The staff at the front desk was helpful and pleasant. For some reason housekeeping did not service our room during our 3-night stay. We were able to get towels from the front desk folks after hours and the management compensated us with a discount upon check-out.
