While the individual components of the review only merited a mediocre score, overall, I give the Econo Lodge a 5. Why? Because for around $50, it gave me a warm, dry private place to stay on a long, long layover. I was able to stretch out and sleep on a comfortable bed after a long day of traveling instead of sleeping on the floor of the airport or trying to snooze on an uncomfortable airport chair with no way to get comfortable. For$50, I got exactly what I needed. These people who expect a five star hotel experience for fifty bucks drive me nuts. Spend $300 a night if you have to be pampered. Otherwise get real.

Not only affordable pricing, but staffs are friendly and the room are very clean. Most importantly, the bedsheets, pillow cases, and bath towels smells good. I travel a lot and don't see this happening all the time. Even with higher-end hotels. 4 starts because we didn't get the chance to experience the breakfast which was our fault, but still cannot rate if we haven't seen it. Recommended!

Staff was good, continental breakfast was just donuts and coffee, and unfortunately the bathroom looked like someone kicked a hole in it and the shower handle didn't work properly so it was hard to get hotter or colder. But everything else was fine. Just a little disappointed.

The rooms were average but for the price they were a very good deal. Nice clean beds and pillows. Microwave and fridge in the room with your TV and free Wi-Fi. I always have a fast easy check in and check out.
