The room was nice and clean. The pillows were too hard. The fitted sheet was missing from the bed. Instead there was only a flat sheet which kept rolling when I was trying to roll over during sleep.

I picked this hotel since the prices in the Milwaukee were super high and the Sonesta seemed like a nice enough hotel with a relatively decent rate. Yes, the hotel is a little dated and rough around the edges but that doesn't bother me so much. The 1-bedroom was comfortable enough. The bed was comfortable. A frig and microwave was present which was nice. The room description did not show that. The AC was working well and the water pressure and temperature were good. The metal bar used to enter the tub was broken. The water in the sink did not drain well. The couch showed a fair amount of wear. Just trying to be descriptive. The stay was decent.

It was quiet. The beds were comfy. Staff was friendly. When we got there we were expecting the pool, hot tub and shuttle to be working. None of them were working as listed on their website. That was a huge disappointment seeing the price we paid included that.

The bed didn’t have a fitted sheet on it. There was patch work on the walls that hadn’t been fixed to match the rest of the wall so all you see is a patch of repair mud. There is dust and stains on different areas of the room.

Very disappointed with the service at this hotel, firstly the breakfast is really bad just a few snacks and one morning i went there and there was nothing with 30 minutes left to the time of the breakfast. Secondly, i fell in the lobby of the hotel because there was water on the floor and i've been trying to get a call back from someone who cares at this place and it seems like nobody cares at all. It's supposed to be safe walking in a hotel lobby.
