Place was decent. Restaurant was closed the entire time we were there. Also the ice machines weren’t working on over half the floors they were on. Not a huge deal but worth mentioning. Besides that the location was a nice stay, comfy bed, quiet.

Check in was quick and easy. Our room was comfortable and clean. Guest services were very nice and accommodating. The pool is open but the hot tub is not. Good location. There was a fridge and microwave in the room which was convenient.

We were not feeling very safe, as there was a very strong police presence and fire trucks were there I would have felt a bit safer had there been maybe an explanation or reason for the situation, or if my safety was compromised. Not that I needed to be “nosey” but it was that strong of a police presence. The entire time we were there. From check in to check out. I don’t think we will ever book this hotel again. Shock is sad, because the check in staff were very friendly and the room was very clean. The location was convenient and price was perfect.

The Staff was helpful, but the restaurant was closed for renovations and the hot tub was closed for renovations, So the pool area was basically under construction, but useable and only for children 16 or older.

We arrived and was told the restaurant was closed and hot tub was out of order. We booked this room for the pool, hot tub and convivence of a restaurant on site...sad to find out both the hot tub and restaurant wasn't available and the pool was tiny. The described on web site was misleading. disappointing on the high cost per room too

This hotel needs a major facelift. Although the staff are friendly and the lobby looks nice, the rooms are lacking. The drapes are ripped, the nightstand was nearly falling off the wall, there wasn't a bed skirt, the ice machines were broken, the hot tub was broken... I could go on. The hotel is in a great area and conveniently located, but don't expect much beyond that.
