Pool area is great for kids, older property. Breakfast was a table with yogurt, water bottles, granola bars, and pop tarts. All of the employees were nice. Parking was $11 for the evening.

Our stay was not good, the property is going through renovations, which is great, but most things were not working, hottub, breakfast, hallway bathrooms, water fountains. The beds were horrible and the TV only worked sometimes. Yet I feel we paid a premium price for a very broken hotel. We won't be back

We were unaware the breakfast area was under construction, so that was a bummer. Some rooms are also under construction, with some items in the hallway. Parking costs an additional $10, which was unknown during booking. Lots of crazy kids in the pool area.

Upon check in we found several bed bugs crawling on the bed and checked out. Front desk said they would refund, but did not. Contacted hotels.com, they said the hotel would contact us regarding the refund but never contacted us

The room was not cleaned in our 2 day stay. My husband had to help himself to towels and wash cloths off the cleaning carts . The shower drain was very slow and you found yourself in over ankle water very quickly. One of the lights in the bathroom flickered and the A/C control didn't work . It was nice to be able to walk to Mall of America and Restaurants. The pool area was well kept. We in all had a fairly pleasant stay.

My grandkids loved the pool. They had loads of fun in there. The hotel was being renovated and the breakfast wasn't fantastic but ok. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. Would stay there again for sure.

Ok

Room needed updating. Bathroom wasn’t clean at all. They stating they were in the process of remodel. No continental breakfast like site said. In walking distance to mall. Wasn’t terrible for the price. You do pay for nightly parking which I wasn’t aware of either.
