Very disappointed in this establishment and their staff. I reported mold in our room from a leak in the ceiling that caused my daughter to have multiple asthma attacks and was brushed off. I've been told multiple times that someone would be reaching out as well as given an email address to the manager and they never even bothered to call to find out what happened. I had to call the department of health just to ensure it was reported.

I reserved 5 rooms and all were good. One room the air conditioner wouldn't work. All other rooms were excellent. On check in were had to sign a $200. dollar Incidental policy to cover room and parking. We had to give credit or debit card for this. It was put on our account and taken off after check out. This should be listed in advertising so you know about it at check in. Otherwise happy with our stay. Sack breakfast was great plus orange and apple juice, oranges, apples, coffee. There was yogurt and breakfast bars for adults and children plus a muffin. Well satisfied. Short walk to Mall of America.

The rooms were not newly remodeled and there was not a breakfast service, it was a granola bar and a bottle of water in a lunch sack! It was not an easy walk to the mall of America as it’s across the highway from the mall! The shuttle service was easy to use and helpful!

Breakfast is on the Go packages and the dining area is being repaired. NO aircon inside the gym. Rest rooms and water dispensers broken. Used to be free parking but now it is about 12 dollars per night. Otherwise kiddie Pool is nice and very close to the mall of America.

Love the hotel. Wish there was more room for bigger families. Pool area was nice the outside area of the pool could be cleaned more, there was mossy areas that made it slippery. Overall experience was great!

The location was perfect. You could practically walk to the Mall of America. The rooms were nice. I traveled with a large party and we had a couple of rooms. We asked for hand towels and were told they were out 2 days in a row. The worst was that when we booked we were told breakfast was included. Upon arrival we were told, the hotel is undergoing renovations and breakfast would not be provided. The young man who checked us in stated " There are plenty of restaurants around here, I'm sure you will find something" . That being said, we were not offered a discount or giving a restaurant's gift card. I don't feel this is something you tell people upon check-in. I have stayed at many Whyndham's and this was by far the worst customer service.

Our stay was awesome. Loved the go breakfast. So many choices in bag plus coffee, orange or apple juice, apples, oranges. Close to restaurants and Mall of America. We will stay again. Only thing was air conditioning didn't work in 1 of the 5 rooms reserved.

It was okay but the pool area needs improvements. No supervision in hot tub, many small children and a dog.
