The room and the staff were excellent. The hotel is bare bones. They charge for everything. There's a daily charge for parking, even though they have ample parking in their lot. The only breakfast available is a Starbucks.

Pricing was good, unfortunately we were booked a room that was under construction and they didn’t know until we came back to the desk, we were accommodated to a different room poolside which I would not recommend if you want any quietness before 10pm. The kids pool area is cool but I found multiple debris in each pool examples were someone’s earring and some sort of bead off a swimming suit but I found it the hard way when it stabbed me in the foot. It’s a convenient hotel with walk path right into the MOA. The front desk fella when we were checking out didn’t seem very nice or professional.. I said we were checking out and he just said okay have a good day, never offered us a receipt and my husband was asking about the pending charges of an extra $200 which he wanted to clarify that it was just the deposit and what our actual total was and he was rude and interrupted my husband by saying “sir one moment” never even bothered answering our questions just handed us a receipt and said thanks have a good day. He didn’t want to give us a moment of his time I guess. For $118 a night (what we paid) it was mediocre.

Staff was amazing. However, there were lots of things that could have been better. Heater in the pool was broken. Breakfast was disappointing and we had to pay extra for it. We also had mold in the air vent feeding into the room. The bathroom walls also needed to be cleaned.

The room was clean the hot tub did not work and the blow dryer in our room did not work as well. My son really wanted to get in the hot tub and the room we booked some of the drawers were tapped up and the receptionist were rude!

If you're going to spend time at the MOA and want a family friendly hotel, stay here! Great staff, mini water park at the pool, with a small arcade. Great time had by my family!

We took a trip for a family trip and we found this hotel at a great price and so close to the Mall of America. We got a poolside room and were able to walk right out to the pool area and enjoy the pool.

Silly that you have to pay for parking when you are staying at the property. There were some things that were not functioning properly in the pool and hot tub area. There was some hair left behind on the bathroom floor when we initially came in n should have been clean.
