I understand this is a low level tier location with high turn over being close to airport however a little TLC would go a long way! Hallways damp and smelly, room was basic but walls need washing and a fresh coat of paint to cover the abysmal layer of grime- a deep cleaning would be preferred but I don’t think they’d invest in the manpower. Bedding was a flimsy sheet and the lamp outlets didn’t work. The ac/heater unit smelled when I attempted to turn on- like a fire would start. The unit was filthy. No hot water for morning shower. The deadbolt on the door didn’t line up properly and I had to lift the door via doorknob to get the bolt to lock into the frame. A man tried getting into my room and I had to yell at him to go away. The phone didn’t work in the room and I had tried to call the front desk from my cell and it rang and rang with no proper answer. Thankfully the man left. How would one have felt if they hadn’t been able to adjust the door to bolt otherwise? I didn’t sleep to say the least. Freezing let alone after that disruption. Breakfast was par for location, pool area was drab, smelly and dirty. Clearly they didn’t have anyone to tidy up and take care of laundry. Morning staff was also made aware of my concerns and I was dismissed as they were more concerned with getting everyone on shuttle and Checked out. I was on the premise for approx 7 hours. 7 hours too long. Not worth the “bargain” price! Stay elsewhere.

Nothing super special about the property but the add-ons made the stay a value play. They had a decent hot breakfast for free. Also the biggest value was the free shuttle from the airport and to the Mall of America. They probably saved me $200 in Uber fees.

Expedia charged my account 81.00. Got to the hotel and was told I needed to pay 69.03 and that would be refunded. As I was walking away, I was told it didn’t go through and I had to redo it. I did and just looking at my bank account and the 81 Expedia charged for the rim and two charges for 69.00 from the hotel. Will be contacting my bank in the morning

Room was ok. Clean, decent bed. Was directly behind an elevator so that was annoying. Free breakfast looked good, but unsupervised children were into everything with their hands, so I skipped it. The kitchen help watched but did nothing.

You have to take everything with you on a daily basis otherwise the housekeeper will take everything left in the room. I’m missing clothes and cosmetics. Yesterday the housekeeper gave me my slide off the cleaning cart.
