I would give it 5 stars, except, I paid for 2 breakfasts, called ahead to assure availabilty, spoke to an agent about it upon arrival, and then was huffed at in the morning. The young man at arrival assured me that it was on our account, and that he would leave a note for the "night audit" person to take care of. The woman in the morning was not very pleasant. An older black man was a gentleman, and much appreciated.

$3 charge ehhhh ! Front desk gal is amazing !
Only complaint I have is I was charged $3 for something from the breakfast that I didn’t use & I had already purchased 2 breakfast meals when I booked the hotel & I only used one . ( I’m fine that I paid for 2 breakfasts because I pd that prior & it was our choice to use it or not ) however the $3 I have no clue what that is even about . Other than that it was wonderful & the front desk gal ( I believe she is blind ) was AMAZING! Such a great soul & very very helpful ! You’ve got an excellent employee there . Thank you
