As with many hotels with an aging physical plant, the staff here was solicitous and friendly, answering questions promptly and trying to figure out how to meet our needs. Booked here in part to use the destination chargers, several of which were out of commission but no big deal because they weren’t in high demand. Surprisingly since the hotel is right under a flight path from MSP, our room was very quiet. But it was not a shower fresh experience. We cranked the noisy AC to counteract the staleness. Beds were OK and the room had been cleaned well enough; the problem is the need for a general refresh.
