We actually weren't able to stay for our reservation due to an Emer. Admit to Hospital, and even with Expedia's help, this Property REFUSED to refund even a Partial payment made in Full, Credit for Future Stay, or any adjustment though given Alm. a Full weeks' notice of Travel Cancelation. Even our Airline gave a Full Credit for future travel.So Beware...We've NEVER experienced this type of lack of Customer Service!

Nice looking great location but rude staff

When i checked in i didnt have a credit card so couldn't set the $20 stupid incidentals deposit charge deposit they required. Had to work with hotels.com to have canceled without penalty. Seemed real nice property next door to outlet mall. Front desk clerk was rude and condensenting jerk all because of the $20 deposit that i wasnt able to charge

Convenient location. Good rate, but be prepared for an additional $15. per night parking fee, and very small pool that has a limit of 8 people. Yes, that's the pool, not whirlpool! Motel appeard generally clean until we got to our room, which had some brown spots on bathroom wall and fuzz/dirt around edges on carpeting. Breakfast food options were also more limited than others in same class. Staff was friendly.

No hot/ lack luster breakfasr

Breakfast did not have a lot of options. The oatmeal was cold and there was no flavored coffee creamer. Very disappointing that there is now hot tub. When we checked in our rooms heat/ac would not turn on. They did move us to a new room.

It was nice to be so close to the outlets for shopping. only 15min away form the Mall of America. I didn't like that I had to pay $15 a night to park. But, over all it was a nice hotel.
