The hotel as a whole was ok, but the particulars need to improve. The charge rate seems high to park my car every day on their lot and also to have breakfast on the facility. Also the hotel was pretty noisy at night with a particular honeymoon couple next door to me and my friend’s room; it may have been thinner walls or the door between the two rooms but it did catch our attention at night. Staff was ok and considerate throughout our stay so would come back with certain rate adjustments for the additional amenities being offered because location wasn’t bad.

Great hotel

We had an early flight so we stayed here since it was close to the airport. Very nice hotel staff, rooms are nice, air works great! And the breakfast is the best I have ever seen in a hotel!! Overall I would recommend and we will definitely use again!

Staff was incredible! So kind and offered me a goodie bag, free breakfast and free parking to celebrate my birthday. Just wonderful. Can't say enough. Shower water was sometimes lukewarm and wouldn't get hot. Only complaint but not a huge deal.

Gets the job done. Uber into the city $20-30 $2.20 to take the train from the mall of America. A couple good options for food near the hotel. Hotel staff is very helpful, rooms are clean, and airport shuttle is convenient.
