The hot tub was just lukewarm and the pool was freezing. I did talk to staff, the first night they said they would have maintenance look at it. The second day, I was told that the hot tub was at maximum temperature -- 98 degrees. That is NOT a hot tub temp and is the biggest reason I will not return to this hotel when I visit family in the area again (which I do frequently). Breakfast was average for a hotel but the pre-made microwaved omelets were cold. Staff were friendly and as helpful as they could be. It's MN winter, please use some salt, the walkways outside and parking areas were very slippery even right outside of the front door.
