Where do I even start with this hote, upon entering hotel could not find our reservations I gave them the receipt the confirmation numbers everything still could not find it. Next the elevator was broken. Then the hot tub was broken. Our room was poorly cleaned with a chunk of one of our cabinets missing just a horrible stay.
