The hotel was very nice, clean and the staff was very friendly. We loved the location, which is close to highways, restaurants, and shopping. Will stay here again when we are in town.

Great price and location very peaceful. Staff is great. I requested rooms facing the parking lot so I could use the auto start on my fob from the window and they always accommodated me. I nested my stay several times because my house wasn’t ready it was a nice little home away from home.

The room itself was very nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which we really appreciated. Unfortunately, there were a couple of disappointments during our stay. The heat was not working in the pool area, making it not very enjoyable, especially in colder weather with our little girl. No whirlpool. Pictures on the website did not match what was offered. We were also caught off guard by changes to the pet policy, including additional charges that were not clearly communicated ahead of time. Even though we had called to confirm what these charges would be. Overall, the room met expectations, but clearer communication and better upkeep of shared amenities would have made the stay much better. Friendly front desk staff, but none of the staff disclosed any of this to us at check in.

The overnight receptionist was terrible! All night she was loudly talking on speaker phone throughout the lobby, her and whoever she was talking to were having an inappropriate Racist conversation. Not trying to be quiet at all. My children were in the lobby and all I hear is F**k over and over. I was Disgusted! If it wasn’t a holiday, I would’ve left immediately! Even at 6:30 am she was still loudly talking on the phone, complaining. Pool room was freezing cold so we could not swim. Pillows and top sheet were stained and dirty. I will never stay here again! Morning receptionist was very kind and sweet. Complete opposite from the overnight one.
