Everyone in the staff was friendly and met all our requests right away. Hotel directly across from Mall of America. We walk there and took the skywalk. They do have parking if you don’t want to walk the 5minutes

Great place to stay near Mall of America

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only downfall was the sofas in the rooms are sagging. They told me they were redoing rooms, though, so that should improve. Mall accessibility was great.

Overall it was a positive experience and will stay at this property again! Only issue was the door between the main area and the bedroom was hard to close and open. Same said for the bathroom. Staff was advised and said they would fix it. The desk staff was so pleasant and friendly. Breakfast was great. Very clean in all areas.

The staff were so sweet and helpful during check in! Made our first time experience one to remember. Our room was extremely nice and spacious and the house keeping were so kind to bring us extra blankets even though it was very late into the night. Totally coming back if i’m in the area!

Give it a deep clean and you will have a winner.

Staff was very good. Breakfast had good selections. Room was comfortable but dirty. I picked things up off the floor. Overall we were happy-just wish it had been more clean.

Minneapolis close to Mall of America

The room was clean and spacious. Having the kitchenette amenities was great. Breakfast buffet was good with nice options.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was nice and loved that it had full size fridge with ice maker. The breakfast could have been better, sausage was over cooked and coffee was weak.

Plenty of room to move around

The rooms are spacious with a nice living room area. I like the fact that the bedroom is separate and you can close the door to separate the room. Especially when you have two teenagers who like to stay up a little later and you just want to go to bed.
