Extremely disappointed in our short stay. Got in late to catch an early morning flight. Walls paper thin. Could hear every conversation and joke from party next door. Glasses clanking constantly and at one point even heard someone farting. I was charged two $50 “incidental” fees. One charge came off my card and one did not. We were literally there from 11PM to 4:30 AM. Hotel did appear to be clean but that’s the only positive I noticed in our short time there.

We chose this hotel as it had a pool for our 6 year old to swim. We arrived to find the pool is actually in a separate building joined by a tiny vestibule big enough for one person. When we got inside of the pool building there was ice/snow/frost on the INSODE of the windows and walls. People watching their children were in winter coats and hats. It’s was FREEZING, NO HEAT! Extremely disappointing. Hotel itself was rundown, but mostly clean.

We had a wonderful stay. The service was excellent from start to finish, staff was friendly and helpful. The shuttle to Mall of America was so convenient and made our trip stress free. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the pool area was well maintained and perfect for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

The room and bed were satisfactory but the staff were horrible. They ignored us like we weren’t there and the coffee and the water were empty in the morning. There was only 1 creamer out for coffee and the eggs were cold. Won’t stay there anymore
