The hallways stunk and the carpet was pulled up and was a hazard to walk. There was no tv remote control in the room. The toilet made loud noises. The room service bothered me when I was still trying to sleep even though I let them know I’m leaving at 10:30am

The front desk clerk was asleep in the office. I was trying to find someone to check me in for 15 minutes. This was about 8:30 PM, not 3:00 AM. Finally a lady walked out. I said, “you’ve been back there this entire time?” She just ignored my question and sleepily continued to check me in.

There were people off the street sleeping on the chairs and sofa in the lobby. There were people, off the street sleeping in the hallways. I took pictures of it all. The carpet has many stains throughout the hallways. Receptionist had a hard time understanding English. This is not a hotel I would ever bring my family to, I booked online because I was flying out, I almost stayed at another hotel once I saw it, but was flying out the next day so I stayed.

Room was good. The lobby had black mold by windows with wallpaper pealing. Carpets in hallway very old. Very strong of cannabis everywhere but room. Again, room was nice, clean. Basic breakfast, no waffles. Cereal, yogurt, bagels etc.

The entire building smelled heavy of weed. There was a guy sleeping in the hallway next to my room. In the morning, he was still there. The doors that are supposed to be locked are not locked. The bed was sagging and the breakfast was almost not existent unless you liked plain cereal and bread. Stairs to door eight were icy and not cared for. Very disappointing for a LA Quinta.

For one, booked a king bed room and instead got a full sized bed. One of my stays before I booked a double queen and instead got 2 double beds. At about 10 am, the door was knocked on for check out. 10:34 am, door was knocked on again for check out so I opened the door and told them I was extending for another day. At 10:46 am my door was knocked on AGAIN. Was asked when I was checking out and told them I was extending my stay for another night and he rudely told me to go talk with the front desk. Check it at 11 like what?! Went to go extend my room and there were so many issues! and when I asked to go get my stuff from my room, the maid I spoke with about extending my stay was already in my room and threw away ALL of my stuff. Clothes, food, phone charger, watch charger, etc. like WHAT?! Could tell the housekeepers don’t clean anything if they don’t think it was touched. That’s disgusting.

It's an okay place to just spend the night. Breakfast claimed to be done at 10am I went at 9 :30am and all they had was bread, bagles and oatmeal. When I went back to my room and the lock didn't work. I told the front desk, they updated my keys, it didn't work. They used their master key and it didn't Work. The maintenance guy who works this was not there today and didn't advert the phone. I had to bring out tools from my car to change the batteries of the lock and then the door lock needed to be reprogrammed. The hotel offered to send me my things. However I needed to foot out at 1pm and I told her twice that my ID and my car keys were in the room and I couldn't fly out without my ID. This all took almost 2 hours and the poor guy from house keeping climbed up the second story window. Needles to say that I missed my flight. I'm thankful for Juan in house keeping.

The staff didn’t greet me. I felt like they thought I was bothering them. Their English was difficult to understand. The entire motel was dirty, beat up and smelled. They didn’t offer an airport shuttle until 7am and it arrived late to pick me up.

Always a great place to stay! Our annual spot, prior to heading on vaca. Staff are friendly & helpful, location is close to airport, breakfast is delicious, shuttle is such a bonus.

Shuttle wasnt running when I got to the airport (10:00 pm) and didnt start running until 7 am the next day. Free breakfast kind of skimpy. Room had Ac running when outsude temps in Minnesota were in the 30-40 range. Room was clean but very cheap furnishings and blanket on the bed very thin. Mattress not great. Got bug bites overnight. Hotel halls had very worn carpet and were a little dingy. Hard to understand the person at the front desk both on the phone and in person. Room was right next to a restaurant which would be handy for more than an overnight stay. The room was cheap ..you get what you pay for.
