Everything smells like smoke, Worst hotel I've been to. If you want something cheap, it comes out in a different way. I personally didn't mind as much at the time since I was dieting a little, but breakfast is terribly limited, only cereal and coffee. The only provided water was the sink and an ice machine. It would NOT be hard to have a water container, but instead, guests are expected to bring it themselves, or get creative like I did, taking out water, then putting your container of choice in hot water to melt it in 5 minutes. The bathroom always smelled like the smoke other guests would've just puffed outside, no enforcement, no effort to keep things clean.

Very dirty and falling apart. Huge hole in the side of the building (looks like a car ran into the wall) and not repaired. Looks like it’s been that way for a while. By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

A Nightmare on La Quinta Hotel In Minneapolis MN

Not so good our first room 1053 has cigarette smoke smell, there was hair on bed sheets tv didnt work and much more ,it was a nightmare. I asked them to changed both beds sheets and they moved me to another room 1085 where the phone didn't work maybe to avoid my calls,this one as you can see on pictures was also dirty I never used that tub and didn't had the breakfast because if the rooms looks bad food maybe worse than the rooms. Thank God it was not a long stay. This hotel is deteriorating.

There is an overall tiredness to the property. The fact that there was no elevator to the second floor is not the best. When we walked down the hall there were two bags of garbage sitting alongside the wall. They were still there in the morning. When we checked and we inquired about the hotel shuttle back to the airport. We asked if there was a specific time that the shuttle ran. When no time was given we asked to have a shuttle at 6:15 AM. I saw the front desk staff person write it down. In the morning when we asked if we could get the shuttle a few minutes early we were told that it went on the hour. We had been down there just before six and there was no shuttle there. We ended up finding our own transportation back to The airport. A couple other people who came at the same time as us went to their room and then came back down and said it reeked of cigarette smoke, and that there was a hole in the bed, and that the room was not clean. I did not find that the rooms were dirty but they were not super clean. The free breakfast that was included, was a choice of dry cereal and coffee. Two kinds of cereal. No other kinds of beverages. No toast. Just dry cereal. I’m glad I didn’t pay any more than I did. I have stayed at La Quinta in the past but this did not reach the standard said I was used to. I would not stay here again, unless I was desperate.

The room was very dirty. The beds both sagged in the middle a least 10 inches to a foot. Beds smelled like pee. The hall was were stained and very dirty. The hotel was the worst I have ever stayed in. Generally I fly out of Milwaukee and stay at the La Quinta Airport always good.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

DO NOT STAY! Worst hotel experience I have had outside of a thirdworld country. Front desk staff was incredibly rude and condescending during all interactions. The entire hotel reeks of cigarette and pot smoke. Hallways are poorly lit and dingy. Room was disgusting; gross stains EVERYWHERE, cigarette burns on all surfaces including the wall next to the toilet. Deadbolt did not lock, the gap between the doorjam and the door was so wide you could see into the hallway with the door closed. Could hear people talking and yelling until late at night. The cigarette smoke was so bad I woke up both mornings with a sore throat. The included breakfast was cereal and coffee. The only good thing was the airport shuttle drivers. They were both great. Unfortunately you have to deal with the horrible front desk staff to arrange the shuttles. The entire experience was like living a scene from a horror movie complete with drugged zombies and yelling crazy people. While waiting for the shuttle the front desk staff was fielding calls from people who had not received their deposit back after staying in the beginning of April. I know because they were on speaker phone! I really cannot stress enough how horrid this hotel is.

The front desk staff seemed pretty put-off that I was 10 minutes early…always a nice way to welcome someone to a property! There were a group of people working on a motorcycle right outside my window for many hours, revving/drinking/etc. the ‘continental breakfast’ was some cereal and milk. The card reader on a couple exterior doors did not work. Much of the hotel interior smells strongly of pot. Room was relatively clean and bed was nice though!
