The whole place was neglected. Main door wasnt even working. Shuttle to the airport wasnt running as advertised. Literally walked in and after we saw and heard that we left. We didnt even waste our time to check in a see the room.

The police were leaving when we got there. Super run down the hotel smelled of smoke and weed, BTW I am not Antonio expedia, that was someone who stole my credit card several years ago.

No airport .bus after long wait. Paid taxi to take me to Minneapolis Airport La Quinta. There must be two. Best to clarify. It was roo late bur he saw that i had psid La Quinta in advance and let me stay. Idid not even check into the above Bloomingdale one. I stayed in the other Airport La Quita for about 5 hours because of storm and late plane had a 5am shuttle. Please no charge for a late? Checkout. Thanks

You get a free contact high upon check-in in and walk to your room. I was given a room someone was already in, my second room the deadbolt didn't work and the safety bar was broken on one screw, my third room the electric outlets did not work. There are holes in the walls and peeling/molding wallpaper all over the hotel.

There is peeling wallpaper throughout the lobby. They don’t have an elevator so you have to carry suitcases up the stairs. The wifi was “out” according to the desk clerk. The hallways are dated, smelly and the carpets are stained. When we got to our room and checked the mattress there was no mattress cover and it was full of stains. We asked for more bedding so we could have more layers between us and the stains. At first the lady at the front desk refused because there was no housekeeping staff available. Eventually, after rolling her eyes several times, she relented but informed us we would have to bring it up ourselves. There was no staff at the front desk when we checked out in the morning and so we left our keys as instructed. We got an email 10 hours later asking when we were checking out. If you can make it to your room without running out, it’s clean enough.

The building is in extremely bad condition. Wallpaper peeling off the walls showing mold underneath. The coat rack was broken. The bathroom sink was so broken that water spilled out the sides and bottom. The bathroom towel bar was just on the floor. Despite having the do not disturb sign out, a cleaning person came in but only took the living area trash and nothing else.

I have never stayed in a room, dirtier and more neglected. There was dried blood on the pillow, the sheets were stained and dirty the lampshade was busted. The bed was stained with no mattress, cover. The room smelled of mold and cigarettes. I slept with my clothes on, and a hat out of fear of bedbugs. The bathroom ceiling was stained and coming apart. The carpet was stained throughout the entire motel. The waiting area ceiling was falling in. Just awful!
