The property location was great and accessibility getting checked in was easy and convenient.
The a/c was loud and never turned off-I couldn’t even get it to turn off when it appeared on the control to read OFF. No I did not report this as the previous communication I attempted was not replied to. I believe bots for the property management group were screening messages. At no point did I get the sense a real person was in any way involved with this property.
The location was great for walking to different bars and restaurants. It was close to the train to get to all of the stadiums for the games. Will definitely stay here next time i come to town

Excellent home base for staying in Minneapolis.
This property had everything I need to both feel at home and on vacation. Excellent location for access to many local places to get food and coffee. Down stairs lounge was quiet and comfortable for reading. Parking space is convenient for stashing a vehicle as most things are in walking distance. Got to relax after spending my days out an about binging movies and shows on the large TV in the room. In unit washer and dryer also allowed me to pack lighter than I would have otherwise.

The unit was perfect!! The location is great and we could “feel” can feel the energy of the area when we arrived. So many things in walking distance. Did have the stairwell alarm go off but you can’t hear it from inside the unit. We followed the instructions provided and it was addressed right away. One of the top Vrbo experiences ever!!

Great Place - Better Than Advertised
This small apartment makes fantastic use of space - we never felt cramped. The bathroom and kitchen were fantastic and very well-equipped. As a person who enjoys cooking while on vacation, I found just about everything I needed (although a cutting board would have been welcome). The building is well-maintained, and even the grill up on the 9th floor balcony worked well for us. If our travels ever take us back to Minneapolis, we'd be happy to stay here again.

Great apt, but Key Cafe and noisy neighbors very annoying
Loved the apartment Very clean, comfortable bed, everything I needed. But Key Cafe was problematic several times, and noisy neighbors woke me several nights in a row. When I called to complain, I was told they were permanent residents, so nothing could be done. I was also told a number of people had complained about the Key Cafe process. I would not stay here again due to the two issues mentioned.

Loved our unit, but...
We really love the units at Sable. They are comfy, stylish and the location is fantastic. However, there were constant technical issues that really detracted from our experience. At check-in the code we were given didn't allow us to access our keys, there was an alarm going off in the stairwell constantly, the front door wouldn't work with our fob so we had to enter through the garage, the wifi password didn't work for our unit and at check-out, the code to leave our keys also didn't work. It was a little frustrating to say the least. Would love to stay there again, but the systems need some help.

Think Twice About this One
We are giving points for the North Loop location, excellent personal safety, and parking privileges (covered and close to the loft). However, housekeeping was not up to par. Apt. was very clean, but no extra toilet paper was provided, no kitchen towel and wash cloth were provided, and the light under the microwave did not work. The bathtub was very slippery and no grab bars are provided. The hall door to the parking garage is marked "Garbage and Recyclables" (true) but no mention of an Exit to the Garage. One of our two keyfobs did not work; I found myself stuck alone in an elevator for 15 minutes because the elevator would not take my floor request. I lost internet service for nearly a day. The backup keyfob was missing from the hook on the fridge. We only stayed four days but it was always something. The text for returning the keyfobs and parking pass was received at 8 am the day we left. We were already gone.

Everything was great! The room was really nice and clean. The giant TV was great for playing video games. Access to everything was easy. The location was awesome. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck and the nighttime view.
Minnestays service was excellent! I had internet issues and they replied within minutes. We wanted to add on the gym access and the service rep handle that for us very quickly. Just great service! Thanks.
By the way - it seems that the bathroom outlet is not working. It did not affect our stay in any way. Just thought you should know

The Perfect Stay
All the conveniences of home in a fantastic Minneapolis neighborhood. Fun restaurants and close to everything without the downtown mess. The reserved parking space on the same level as the condo made it even better. This is our new place to stay when visiting Minneapolis.
