My wife left her phone at the hotel waiting for the shuttle and the person at the front desk put it on the next shuttle to bring to the airport. That saved our trip!!! 1000 Thank you's!

Everything was great BUT also- the nicest most helpful staff ever. I was there after a funeral, exhausted, brain foggy but had to get a couple things taken care of before getting to bed. I interacted with 4 different staff- all so nice!!!!

We only stayed for the night and didn’t use any amenities. I was looking forward to the breakfast buffet, but didn’t realize it didn’t open until 7 on the weekend. They did offer an apple, a prepackaged muffin, and a granola bar, which was better than nothing.

I am disappointed with this stay because it fell far below the Marriott standards. I paid extra for a corner suite facing the airport but was given the exact opposite view. The front desk worker was dismissive, refusing to make eye contact and acting like my check-in was a burden. The room was in poor condition with a hole in the wall and a dirty bathroom floor under the sink. The fridge was very loud, and the bed creaked and cracked so loudly every time we moved that it sounded like it was going to break, even though we aren't heavy people. We stay near the airport often, but we will never return to this location.
