The rooms are ok, but you can clearly see that the bedsheets are not changed, you can see human hairs on the sheets, the continental breakfast that its including is ok, but there is not many variety, and the pancake machine doesn't fully cook the dough, so the pancake doesn't taste good. Also requested a makeup call, which I never got.

The only reason someone stays here is because it is cheap and the location to the airport. The place stinks of weed, the customer service is non-existent, the rooms are very run down, the beds extremely uncomfortable, other guests heard yelling lyrics to profane music, etc. I will pay the extra to stay somewhere else.

The staff was very non responsive waited 10min to check in and he was very short with me. Paid for parking for 10days but due to medical emergency I had to cancel and he didn't refund the money. Do not recommend this place as park and fly or stay and fly.

Room was great, but rest of hotel was not. Smelled really bad of marijuana in lobby, elevator, & hallways. Shady characters hanging out in lobby (one man was sagging so much that his entire rear end was out for everyone to see). Very minimal breakfast options, no waffle maker as shown in pictures. There was a pancake maker (which we’ve never seen before) but when asking front desk staff to help as it wasn’t working, they had no clue & just said “sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t”. My husband was able to open the machine to the pancake mix bag & was able to figure out the problem & fix it fairly quickly. Would not consider this hotel to be family friendly.

Ok for the price. Called prior to booking about shuttle times and was assured the shuttle ran at 5am but it only runs on the half hr not the hr. Very disappointed to have to take it a half hr earlier.
