The rooms do not have any closets nor anywhere to hang coats nor clothing. This is unacceptable. Out of the 3 days we were there, the elevator worked for a couple of hours on the first day. I had my parents with limited mobility and had to climb stairs. A room on the first floor was not offered. This too was unacceptable because one of the reasons this hotel was chosen was because it had an elevator. The staff at the front desk were not friendly at all. When I I asked for clean towels, they looked annoyed. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

Airport shuttle came right on time, and the staff were very friendly. The room was pretty clean and in good shape. The bathroom was a little dingy. The hotel is in a sketchy neighborhood, the elevator was broken, and our hall smelled like an ashtray. Somebody had been partying in the stairwell because it smelled like weed and there were empty beer bottles laying around. You get what you pay for so it's about right for the low cost.

Very unreliable. Waited 2 hours before the shuttle picked us up. No closet to hang clothes. Elevator not working. No eggs or cheese for breakfast. Only thing that was good is that one of the staff member was very kind and helpful. He worked today.

Upon arrival I was ambushed with a $200 deposit unexpectedly. Luckily I actually live in the area and was just staying for the sole purpose of spending the weekend with my cat before transitioning to a foster so I made sure this facility was pet friendly. Not only did my room leak in the middle of the night but the staffs solution was to move me to a less accommodating room at 1am instead of tell the upstairs people that their tub was broken and further damaging their own property.,,.. when I spoke to the manager, I was threatened to be kicked out and fined for having an animal that “wasn’t allowed” even though I called, checked online and wrote a chat message and after further research can confidently say I have at least 6 screenshots of different sites saying this is in fact a pet friendly facility and also a prompt in writing this review specifically for this location… why else would I have needed the deposit which I had to drive back to Saint Paul to get and was told rudely on different occasions I tried to give the deposit “to clean up and come back”. Very very disappointed and disrespectful. There was also construction the entire stay and the breakfast was not edible. No fresh fruit, all old yogurt, pancake machine out of pancakes and old cereal. I would never recommend this place or stay here again. Would only be happy if I got a full refund.

Upon arrival we saw a mattress with questionable staining getting wheeled out of a room. Our room bed sheets had small but noticeable blood stains. Someone left a chair in the middle of the hallway with the pillows turned up so we were guessing that might be bed bugs (the chair was taken away by housekeeping) The bathroom was surprisingly on the cleaner side of this stay. Unfortunately I cannot come back here it’s just not up to par.
