It's okay

The hotel was clean but when I went to open the window it faced a brick wall. Never again! Also, free breakfast and park on the street free from 6 pm-8am am download the parking app and put money on your spot at 8 am, way cheaper than paying $50 for valet.

We checked into our room, it was 77° in our room. I made calls and they said it was probably because the air vent is up so high. They brought in a box fan and said it would help. We returned 7 hours later after a concert and the room was still 77°, AC was set to 65°. I was told no one could come help fix it that time of night, they also said they didn’t have any rooms available. The GM told me the next day we would be fully refunded, however, I still have yet to hear back from them. The location was great and location was clean despite the AC incident.

Pleasantly surprised.

We had a very nice stay. The hotel was over booked and they moved us to a different room and comped our valet for being accommodating. Room was clean. Hotel was clean and very well cared for. We walked to The Armory from the hotel. It was a quick walk that felt safe. We will definitely stay here again!

It was a nice building close to everything downtown. The building appeared well maintained and was quiet for the most part. We only had a couple complaints. One garbage can was missing its liner. There were no ice buckets available for use on any of the levels. The continental breakfast was sub-par for a Hilton and was misrepresented on their flyers within the building. We didn’t use the valet service they offer due to the exorbitant price per day. If you have to use your car regularly while down there, it might be worth it. But it was far cheaper to park two blocks away. And the Uber/Lyft costs to get where we needed to didn’t come close to that cost.

One night stay

The property is very nice and newer, close to a lot of things downtown. The room was spacious and very clean. The only reasoning for not giving full stars was an incident that happened during breakfast with an employee. The other employee at the desk was very apologetic, and said it would be taken care of. I honestly really liked this hotel but not sure if I'd stay again. Traveling solo is intimidating enough without harsh words being spoken right away in the morning.
