It is located on the Bay side near the Linkside Conference Center, Fitness Center, and Village of Baytowne Wharf/Baytowne Conference Center and offers offers free parking, pool access, easy tram access, secure location, and golf views.
Harbour Point, is a quiet community perfect for your family , golf or private getaway. This vacation rental condo is a short drive from the action of Destin, FL and the serene experience of scenic 30A. On the resort you can enjoy tennis, golf, pickleball, shopping, dining, kids activates, spa, salon, marina, watersports, community pools, fitness center. The beach is a short distance (1 mile) from the condo.

Guests must sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them and provide a copy of each guests drivers license per stay. If unit has a golf cart, they will also need to send a copy of their insurance card in order to operate the golf cart.
Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.*All guest must abide by all home and HOA rules*
No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500.
A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the the rental home.
