Alerio is one of Destin and Miramar Beach's newest luxury condominium complexes on Scenic Gulf Drive right across the street from the beach. The complex features many guest amenities including:

Alerio E101 is an end unit and conveniently located on the first floor for easy access. Location was perfect. Short walk to the beautiful beach. The apartment was nice and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that the beach chairs were old, rusted and hard use which was not an issue for us. Enjoyed our stay.
