The stay in Miramar was great. The home was just as described. Updated kitchen, large living area. The weather was so beautiful we spend most of our stay out on the back patio. The host was great, easy to communicate with. If the home is available next time we are in the area we will definitely stay there again. Great location close to the beach and great community.

The host is very responsive and allowed us to have late check out since we had a baby and our flight was late, and allowed our group to park the car at the house and take the golf cart. It is a beautiful home! The backyard area is perfect. All the rooms have nice beds, and the set up in general is great. The check in process was very quick! The golf cart adds to the trip! We will now make sure our stays have one when we got back. The Frangista area is gated and we have stayed here a second time and really love it. It’s a good neighborhood and close to the beach. Would love to stay again!

Overall, the house is beautiful. Closer to the beach than expected and the golf cart was perfect for getting even large groups to and from the beach without getting your car all sandy and wet. When we arrived, we were told the upstairs a/c wasn’t working and someone was coming in the morning to look at it. They came and needed a part to fix that needed to be ordered. We went our entire stay with no a/c upstairs in the bedrooms (not the hosts fault but it did effect the quality of our stay). It was 90 degrees in the bedrooms so most of our family slept on the couch and floor in the living room. The host was very on top of communication though and kept us in the loop. When we were about to pull out of the driveway to head home, the a/c repair truck pulled up. All in all, I don’t know if we will stay again, but if things were working properly the stay would have been great.
