A few niceties were missing.

Plenty of mirrors in the guest rooms was appreciated. A makeup mirror would have been nice along with a few little amenities on the bathroom counter - makeup remover wipes, shower caps, etc. A list of things to do and places to eat would have been nice. We went to breakfast on Monday morning at 9:20 and the only food left was cereal, yogurt, bread and 4 English muffins!! We were told it shut down at 10! That was disappointing.

overall it was a great stay. The front desk has very little knowledge of the surrounding areas which would have been nice if they would have known where simple things were like a 7-11 or liquor store.

We wanted a hotel as a home base for our vacation in Southern California and this one was PERFECT! It was so nice to come back to a quiet room after a day on the water or a day at Disneyland. The room was clean and large! Restaurant in property and plenty of dining/shopping nearby! The staff were great and the pool was great for our son! The views were also so pretty!

I cannot say enough about how impressed I was with this hotel. The staff was wonderful, and the hotel was beautiful and clean. The rooms are huge and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was delicious. I appreciate free Wi-Fi, parking, and breakfast! I will only be staying here when visiting Mission Viejo!

Although they have an elevator, it is at one end of the building. When faced with the limit of TWO luggage carts, which were not available at the time we checked in, or carrying belongings up two floors worth of stairs for trips, neither was a good option. They either need at least a couple more carts or a way to have them returned in a timely fashion. Fortunately, when check out time came, a cart was available. The floors also got our feet and socks dirty. The room was quiet and fresh smelling.
