Fantastic, upscale unit with everything you need to make your vacation excellent! The beds were comfortable with nice sheets, the showers very nice. The kitchen was stocked with appliances and grilling tools. The washer and dryer with soap and dryer sheets was a added perk! There were plenty of beach towels for the pool and hot tub, that was just 15 steps from our patio. The pool and hot tub was clean and refreshing after a long day of hiking at Arches, and Canyonlands National Parks. This was our first vist to Moab , Utah but it wont be our last! We loved this Unit and will definitely book it again! 100%

Our family has stayed in many VRBO's over the years, and there honestly hasn't been one as well stocked and equipped as this one. It had everything we needed and then some. The location is close enough to downtown to bike (with the included bikes) but just far enough away to avoid the traffic and noises. The home was super clean and the host responds to any questions immediately. Highly recommend.

This property was amazing! Everything was clean, and was just as advertised. The location is great, and my kids had a blast being able to ride bikes and scooters. Close proximity to Main Street, but not so close that you can hear or experience all the traffic. When my daughter forgot her teddy bear, the hosts went above and beyond to collect it and ship it back to us. Definitely will be looking to book here again on our next trip!

AMAZING!!! Not one complaint!!
We were on a girls trip to Moab to ride mountain bikes and this place was truly wonderful. It’s in a quieter section of town, and had everything we needed and more. Plenty of towels, well-stocked bathrooms and kitchen, big washer and dryer (we did get dirty!!). The beds are SO comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The garage was great since we had expensive bikes that we didn’t want to leave outside. Great communication with the property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

Super Clean, Spacious Home
Absolutely loved this beautiful property! It was super clean (the cleanest I’ve ever experienced in a VRBO rental) and comfortable with plenty of space to spread out. The en suite bathroom in the master bedroom was huge and the kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. We’ve been on an extended vacation and have since stayed at two other VRBO properties in other states. There is no comparison to this place, and I’ve found myself wishing we were back in this perfect condo. We will definitely book here again next time we visit Moab. Highly recommend!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Huge property and well-appointed!
My family and I stayed at this wonderful property at the end of May 2024. The unit was HUGE and looked very new. They supplied plenty of towels, pillows, etc. They even supplied us with coffee k-cups.
The main street of Moab is only a mile or so away so easy to get to the shops and restaurants.
We would definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Read the number of beds carefully.
We loved our stay. There were a couple of hiccups but the propriety manager responded quickly and made things right. (Mostly with previous guests not reporting things.) We enjoyed our stay as we were there for Moab recreation. Property was very clean and offered several amenities that made it a very nice place to stay-lots or trash bags, laundry soap, toiletries, etc. These little extras made it nice for a busy family reunion.
The only downside to the property for us is that it is listed as sleeping 11. I should have read more carefully, this is my fault. I usually do but we just moved across the country and so my brother found this for us. There were actually only beds for 8 adults IF you include the pull-out sofa bed on the main level. We only had 2 tri-folds, so really, that is only 10 people but adults would not have been comfortable on the tri-folds or the sofa sleeper. The sofa sleeper is in the main area so the teens that slept there did not have a lot of privacy and were up when anyone else was in the main living area. Again, I should have looked more carefully.
Kids and dads went swimming and enjoyed themselves. Also, had nice bikes to use. Very conveniently located. I recommend this property. Not the most trendy decor but clean and painted by the owner? so we appreciated the talent.
