Room was comfortable and in the middle of Moab so a good location to visit both arches and canyonlands. They had a nice pool and a fire pit table but I never did see the fire pit lit. The breakfast was good but the only thing warm they had was scrambled eggs and sausage, so I would have preferred cheese other options like cheese for the eggs or nuts and almonds. Other fruit like oranges and bananas besides apples

The overall stay was very good. The room was nice and quiet. The breakfast staff kept the breakfast well stocked and replenished even during very busy times. The staff was very friendly and helpful with the exception of one staff member: Wendy. Wendy was very rude when we arrived. When I approached the front desk to check in she greeting me with a "What do you need" in a condescending tone. She never made eye contact with me or my wife during the check-in process. She handed me the key cards without explaining any of the details of the property such as where the elevators were, the breakfast hours, where to park etc. We had to all but pry the information out of her. I can't imagine that we are the only ones that she has treated this way. I think she may need some coaching and refresher training on how to welcome guests. Her treatment of us did not leave a good first impression of this hotel.

3 sleepless nights

we stayed 3 nights. The walls are extremely thin so you hear everything happening in your neighbors room. This is a dog friendly hotel. We were woken up several times throughout the night with dogs barking. During the day people leave their dog in the room so also more loud barking. Front desk did nothing about it. They would not change our room to a less noisy location. If your room faces the highway you will also hear that traffic noise. my bed skirt had dog urine on it. The elevator also had dog markings. It makes me question if I used a black light what I would find. However, overall, to the naked eye the hotel does look clean and updated.
