On the third and top floor of a quiet residence, discover this bright two-bedroom flat, the only one on its landing, with an exceptional 100 m² terrace. The fitted and fully equipped kitchen opens onto a cosy living room, extended by a balcony and this rare outdoor space, ideal for entertaining, relaxing or enjoying sunny days. On the night side, two comfortable bedrooms, a bathroom and a shower room offer real comfort. The flat also benefits from parking spaces (one indoor and one outdoor). A pleasant and practical setting, perfect for a long-term rental of 3 months minimum.

Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week from 10:00 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 21:00. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighbourhood. To this end, you will be asked to provide your bank details via a secure link in order to finalise your booking and obtain the access codes for the accommodation.

Mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be arranged on request at an additional cost. When you confirm your stay, you will receive the ArchiDuchesse tourist booklet, our tips with promotional codes from our selected partners, and the arrival instructions for your accommodation.

Remember to take care of the property as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture and leave the place clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood. And if a small problem arises, do not hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
