Nestled in a quiet country setting, the gîte offers a warm atmosphere with spacious, open living areas, a lounge with a large stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. Outside, enjoy 2 covered terraces, a secure, fenced pool area (10 x 5 m, open June to September), a large garden, barbecue, pétanque court, hiking trails, and a mountain bike track at your doorstep. The river is just 1 km away. Shops and services are a 3-minute walk. The region offers a wide range of tourist, cultural, and sports activities, as well as great restaurants.
