Everything was perfect! I have no complaints! The food was good, the staff was over the top always checking to make sure you are ok and if you need anything and the entertainment was fun! It’s a 10/10 and I recommend you stay here! We are already planning our next trip!!!

I loved our swim up room and all the wonderful restaurants. I didn’t like that I had to constantly ask for service and refills for our room but besides that everything was wonderful.

Nice property. Felt safe. Room was clean and well maintained by house keeping. No dead bolt on door. Beautiful pool. Entertainment was good. The beach was very small and very rocky, not swimable in most places. Garbage on the beach. Hospitality staff was not always friendly or helpful.

Loved every bit of the resort. From the staff, to the room, the pool and the amenities onsite. My only comment would be to make sure you get a proper tour of the grounds. I didn’t know where most of the bars/restaurants were until speaking with other guests. I didn’t know

We had multiple problems with our door to our room. We were locked out of our room for an entire day, leaving me unable to take my heart medication at the right time, causing me to feel terrible for the entire night. Then we came back to our room another time and our door was wide open and we had double checked it before we left. After they said they fixed our door it wouldn’t open again so they had to come again and reprogram it. Our room was made up one day and they took all our blankets and only left us with sheets on the bed. And never brought us blankets until the next day. Multiple times we left our room for dinner and came back and they had come into our room without our permission….. not to clean it because they had cleaned it earlier in the day. Only 2 restaurants were good. The rest were terrible. The front desk and privilege front desk employees were rude and very unhelpful. The only reason I gave the staff 3 stars was because the pool entertainment employees and the bartenders in the privilege bar and pool areas were great. We got locked out of our safe. We paid an extra $80 per day for privilege but they never showed us or told us how to use it fully. When we went to the front desks to ask they kept sending us to a different person until we gave up and left. Overall the hotel was a huge disappointment and we will never recommend it to friends.

This is a new property (4 years old) and we tried to be patient and understanding. Our daughter and son-in-law surprised us at check in with an upgrade to "Privilege". At the private check-in, we were told about all the upgrades that we would be eligible for, however, no alcohol, robes, or slippers were ever delivered to our room. We contacted the Front desk (several times in person) and we were told that the delivery would happen. However, nothing, absolutely nothing was every brought to our room. We believe the absolute worst part of all of this was that we were ultimately taken to (3) different rooms, room #1 was occupied, room #2 had two double beds and no alcohol, robes or slippers. When I called the front desk, I was told that reserving a "King Room" was not a guarantee of receiving a "King Room". We were ultimately relocated to a "King Room" after over an hour of "room swapping". While our overall stay was good and our group had a good time, we would definitely consider other all-adult/all-inclusive resort options in the future. Thank you for your time and enjoy your day.
