Bed was firm and hard Made nights restless Food was on the plus side , service and people were rude. Did not make eye contact or greet you hardly ever . Even when tipped they did not thank you and we are big tippers . One and done for my family !

The property was very clean, customer service was 100%, beautiful views, amazing food, staff friendly and courteous. Our first time in Jamaica and we had an excellent experience at Ocean Eden Bay.

Beautiful property with great food option. Overall the staff was very nice. Was disapointed with my King bedroom was a twin bedroom. Disappointed that it took almost 2 hours to get extra towels ans wash clothes sonce they were restocked after room service. And disappointed that Martha's Market was supposed to be open at 7am and was delayed 30 plus mins.

This resort was everything I wanted it to be although our room did have a leak, they sent someone to fix it asap. There were a couple hiccups but I appreciate there determination to fix their problems. I would come back to this hotel and do privilege again. Just make sure your phone service works in Jamaica because you need what’s app to communicate. My phone didn’t work out there so we had only one phone to text butlers.

From the moment we arrived, we were hit with a strong mildew smell in our room, which persisted throughout the night despite trying to air it out. The air conditioning system did not function properly, leaving the room hot, humid, and extremely uncomfortable. Additionally, the room was visibly dirty and felt neglected, hardly the standard one would expect from a resort claiming to offer a high-end experience. The problems extended well beyond the room. The resort pool, towel stand, music, and pool bar all closed at 5:00 p.m., which is frankly unacceptable for an adults-only all-inclusive resort. We were shocked to find that the main areas intended for relaxation and enjoyment essentially shut down before the evening even began. It felt more like we were in daycare with a strict curfew than a Caribbean resort catering to adults. This completely undermined the purpose and appeal of booking an adult-only experience—there was nothing adult or accommodating about it. We also encountered a disturbing number of gnats swarming around food and drinks at the lobby bar, raising serious hygiene concerns. Even more alarming were the two separate guest altercations we witnessed at bars on the property, which made us feel completely unsafe. These incidents, combined with the overall poor condition of the resort, created an environment that was anything but relaxing. The entire property appeared poorly maintained and rundown—certainly not reflective of the clean, modern, and relaxing envi

We experiences someone trying to storm into our room… after the states outside yelling obscenities doe almost 45 minutes we called security and also spoke with the manager Dasha the next morning. That was the night before traveling back home, so needless to stay we were very untested on our return back from vacation

Lots of options for food and drinks are strong! Clean facilities and friendly staff. Room was as expected with a great view. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Only bad thing about this property is it’s not close to other popular places and will take some time to get to Montego Bay or Ocho Rios. Other than that if you plan on staying at the resort it’s great with a beautiful beach area as well.

Food options were ok and the bed was comfy. Only thing negative I would say is advertisement. It was my birthday trip and I booked ocean view room but clearly got pool view room! Which if I knew that was the case. I would have booked pool view and saved a couple hundred dollars. When I asked front desk they explained there’s an ocean view and ocean front selection! Don’t make sense but if you want a room near the ocean you better select ocean front.

Beds are super comfortable. It is tucked away and not super loud, besides for things going on on the resort itself. The rooms are beautiful. The fridge is always stocked. Rooms were always clean. We had no issues with any of it.

Beauty property. Food is decent. Customer service is where this resort lacks. The staff is nice. But a lot of issues (house keeping, fridge restocking etc) take a long time to resolve. Also consider transport when going to mobay for partying.
