We did have things stolen from our room, which is not what you would expect on a 5 start resort. Some staff were a little pushy on day 1 about a tour to upgrade grade or purchase a privileged package. Overall the resort is good. Food is great. The beach was absolutely terrible. Unless you get the privileged package, you basically have no beach that you can comfortably access the ocean. There were also not enough chairs on the pool deck for the amount of people at the resort. Unless you were awake at 7am to go down to the pool deck and put a towel on a chair, you were not getting anywhere to sit by the pool for the day. The grounds/grass was very poorly kept and unmaintained, especially towards the beach area. It wasn’t bad, but I would not give the resort a 5 star rating.

I like that this resort has everything you need while on vacation, dining, entertainment and direct beach access. I did not like that this resort is not walkable to local stores. The rooms need a deep cleaning because there are some questionable stains on the furniture and in the bathroom. The cleaning staff should have additional training because myself and other people I was traveling with had their rooms cleaned and no clean towels were replaced once the dirty towels were removed.

The property was beautiful our hot tub over flowed into our room from the rooftop the property did not move us to a different room they said the maid service would come clean all the water up they never cleaned it there was a damp smell in our room for 2 days

I absolutely loved staying at Ocean Eden Bay, I’m actually upset my vacation came to an end. Everything is great about the resort; the staff, food, live shows, and entertainment. I will definitely be staying here again when I visit Jamaica. Special shout out to Givarr at the privilege desk and Candice at the pool bar, make sure you pay them a visit if you choose this resort, great energy and very helpful.

The resort is beautiful! The staff is extremely friendly and the property is well kept and clean. The food was good ! Could have been better in some restaurants! My only concern was the night life especially since it was adults only ! I wish they had more night activities even by the pool ! ……other then that will definitely come back again ! Highly recommended

Disappointing Experience in Jamaica I recently stayed at this resort, and unfortunately, my experience was far from the relaxing vacation I had hoped for. The customer service was the biggest letdown. The majority of the staff—hosts, waiters, and bartenders—were shockingly rude and seemed to lack even basic customer service skills. Unless a tip was handed over upfront, they showed little interest in being helpful or friendly, which is unacceptable behavior at an all-inclusive resort. The food was one of the few highlights—it was consistently good and enjoyable. However, the drinks were terrible, lacking flavor and proper preparation. It was disappointing to pay for an all-inclusive experience and feel the need to avoid the bar. The hotel room itself was nice, but housekeeping only cleaned it twice during our entire week-long stay. This level of service is not what I expect from a resort of this caliber. Even called them three times in one day to ensure our room was cleaned and no one ever came. The rest of the resort was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, but the pool area was overcrowded. There simply weren’t enough chairs to accommodate everyone, leaving us struggling to find a place to relax during peak hours. Overall, while there were a few redeeming qualities, the poor customer service, subpar drinks, and lack of attention to detail made this trip disappointing. I would not recommend this resort and will not be returning.
